Sgt. Mike "JR" Weigand, the officer on the right in the above-shot, was killed on SEPT. 24, 2008 at 11:50am. He was 25 years old.  He was hit head-on on his motorcycle, while escorting a charity ride to raise funds for Latimore Township Park, when a total moron veered into his lane at a high rate of speed. He leaves behind a wife and 3-year-old daughter. He will be sorely missed by those of us in the biker community who knew and loved him.
